I am not in network with insurance.
Services with an out-of-network provider may be covered in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- Is precertification for psychological testing required?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Rates
$250 fee for the initial 90-minute intake appointment, during which presenting concerns are discussed and background information is gathered via clinical interviews with the client (and/or parents in the case of children and adolescent clients) in addition to behavior observations to determine the recommended next step.
$175 fee for a 50-minute session of therapy, follow-up, and consultation
Fees for assessments/testing vary, and after the initial intake appointment clients will be informed of the fee for testing.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards (including HSA cards) are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
